How it works

Four steps, ten working days.

You spend about 25 minutes on the brief and one short review. We do the rest: design, research, modelling and writing.

01

Your brief

About 25 minutes online, tailored to your sector. Your process, systems, people and goals, in your own words. Saves as you go.

02

Product Blueprint

Within 3 working days: the product on one page, its architecture, and one concept screen for every step of your journey.

03

Your feedback

You comment page by page. One round included (two at most); every change is logged and you approve the final blueprint.

04

Feasibility & Value Case

Within 10 working days of your brief: the market benchmark, the time and cost it saves, payback and the plan to prove it.

The package

What you receive.

Document 1 · Product Blueprint

Architecture and user journey, about 30 pages.

  • The product on one page: your systems on the left, the engine in the middle, every step and who approves it
  • Each of your problems becomes one module: today, with the product, and what it delivers
  • Connected systems: what is read in phase 1, what is written in phase 2, and what still needs confirming
  • The user journey: one concept screen per step, with what each person sees, does and what the engine does
  • Who sees what: one view per role, internal and external
  • Phase 1 and phase 2, each with a clear “done when”
  • The principles: humans decide, your systems stay the source of truth, full audit trail, data stays with you

Document 2 · Feasibility & Value Case

Market benchmark and value case, about 30 pages.

  • Executive summary: hours and money saved, payback, recommended path and what would change it
  • Market landscape: every type of option (extend your tools, platforms, suites, custom build, service partner), scored against your own priorities
  • Three-year cost of ownership for each option, and peer practice in your sector
  • Your baseline: every activity, role and hour of today’s process, costed
  • Time and productivity: what the product removes, step by step, and who gets time back
  • From hours to cash: cost avoided, errors recovered, capacity to grow (shown separately, never in the headline)
  • Payback, three-year view, sensitivity and risks
  • The proof plan: how the baseline is confirmed with a two-week time study, and what is measured after go-live
Format: PDF, 16:9, board-readyFeedback: 1 round included, 2 maximumYours to keep: use it with any supplier
Who it is for

Built for the people who have to decide.

Operations and finance leaders

A process that runs on spreadsheets, email and re-keying, and a feeling it costs more than it should.

CEOs and founders

An idea for an AI product or internal tool, and the need to know what it would take before committing a budget.

Transformation and IT teams

Several vendors on the table and no neutral way to compare them against your real process.

How much to trust it

Evidence-led, not a sales deck.

01

Every number is labelled

Each figure says where it comes from: your data, a published source, a benchmark, our model or an assumption.

02

Savings are capped by evidence

Time savings per task type stay inside what published research supports. Work that needs judgement or relationships is barely credited.

03

Neutral benchmark

Our own custom option is scored with the same criteria as every product on the market. If an existing tool fits better, we say so.

04

Concept screens, not promises

Every screen is marked illustrative. Anything not yet verified is listed as an open item with an owner and a date.

Questions

Before you order.

Which sectors do you work with?

Any. The brief is the same for every company; its examples adapt to your sector (retail, manufacturing, financial services, logistics, professional services, healthcare, software, hospitality, real estate, public sector and more).

Do you need access to our systems?

No. The audit is built from your brief and public documentation. Where a figure needs your data, we say so and propose a short read-only measurement, never write access.

What happens after the audit?

You keep both documents and can use them with any supplier. If you want us to build it, the quote follows the blueprint you approved, phase by phase.

How are the savings calculated?

Bottom-up: each activity of your process, the time it takes, the cost of the role doing it, and the share of that time the product removes, capped by published research for that type of task. Every assumption is listed in an appendix.

Can we change the blueprint?

Yes. One feedback round is included and a second if needed; you comment page by page and approve the final version before the value case is written.

Is our information confidential?

Yes. Your brief and documents are private to your company, sent through a personal link, and never used in anyone else’s work.
