The brief
A residential commission runs for years and involves dozens of decisions. The studio wanted clients to see exactly where their home stands, and wanted the team to stop chasing approvals by email.
What we built
An invite-only portal with two-factor sign-in. Projects move through Onboarding, Active, Handover, Closed and Aftercare, across up to 16 stages. Clients approve decisions, follow meetings and actions, and pay invoices. The studio runs it all from an admin with a leads CRM, a schedule against the agreed dates and follow-up reminders.

Intelligence layer
How Philippe Naouri Studio decides
An intelligence layer at every step of the studio's work, from the first enquiry to the final invoice. Each card says what runs it. The steps still being built are marked In development.
Research on the studio's terms
Capped at 25 lookups a day, with a Research again button when the team wants a fresh pass.
From drawings to 3D renders
The studio's prompt library for plans, sections, elevations, axonometrics and material boards is written. It will be wired into the portal to turn drawings into 3D visuals the client reviews and approves.
Schedule against the agreed dates
Every stage is compared with the date agreed with the owners. Drift shows in days or weeks, and stages added later are flagged.
Permits and authority checks
Will track each permit with the building department and check that the approvals and inspections a stage needs are in place before it moves on.
Status updates
Each decision, meeting, action and invoice emails the right people as it happens, sent once per change. A daily job reminds the team of follow-ups due.
Invoices and payments
Totals and tax are calculated per line, partial payments update the balance, sent invoices are locked and every change is written to the audit log.
Finance and accounting reconciliation
Will take card and ACH payments online, export to QuickBooks or Xero, and match every payment to its invoice automatically.
